A beautifully engraved personalised family tree plaque. 
 
This plaque is 19.5cm square and is engraved with a tree that has a heart on its trunk. Amongst the branches of the tree the family's name is engraved with the members of the family added around the outside. At the base of the plaque are the words 
 
Like branches on a tree
we grow in different directions
yet our roots remain as one
 
Don't forget your fur family members! They are easily incorporated if you wish to include them with their name incorporating a paw. Other options are available for other family pets.
 
The plaque if finished on the back with a picture hanger ready to place on the wall

Please double check all spellings as the personalisation text will be engraved as you have typed it within this box.
 
PLEASE NOTE - Once your order has been received look out for a message from me with a mock-up image of your tree for you to review before it is made. If no response is received to this email within 1 week of the email being sent then the plaque will be engraved as shown in the image sent to you.
