A beautiful personalised family tree plaque engraved with the names of grandchildren and great grandchildren within hearts on the branches of the tree. 
 
A name can be engraved along the trunk of the tree up to a maximum of 13 characters e.g Gran or left blank if you prefer.
 
The plaque is approx 13.7cm wide and 19.5cm tall and is held upright with a small piece of wood inserted at the base of the plaque.
