Your order will be made & dispatched within 7-9 working days of being received by us.

Once dispatched from our workshop, orders are shipped by your selected service via Royal Mail or Evri.

Postage times are estimates and not guarantees. While we will do all we can to process and post your order within our stated time frame, the responsibility for delivery falls upon the delivery provider.

Postage times may be affected by factors outside the control of Pongo and Pembe, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, Post Office delivery restrictions and the weather. We can’t and will not accept responsibility for any delay due to events outside of our control.
